How to Cook Boneless Country Style Beef Ribs in the Oven

Country style beef ribs are steaks made from any part of the Chuck Eye and are sliced with a cut that begins at the ventral side and goes all the way to the dorsal side. They are known for their beefy, juicy, succulent, and rich flavor.

Rub olive oil on ribs, then add brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne powder, paprika powder, salt, and black pepper.

Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place ribs in a preheated oven for 3 hours.

Bake ribs in oven for 7 minutes, brush with BBQ sauce, and serve.
