Remove the first layer of the corn.
Place the husked corn in a microwave.
Set the timer for 2 minutes at high temperature and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
Wearing kitchen mittens, take the corn out of the microwave on top of a cutting board.
Using a sharp knife, cut the stem of the corn. Carefully grip the corn using a kitchen towel so that it doesn't slip off and cause an accident.
Now, take the corn out of the husk.
Brush the corn on the cob with melted butter.
Sprinkle salt and paprika on top and enjoy!
