Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • 2 cup milk chocolate
  • 2 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add peanut butter, softened butter, and salt.
  • Slowly add powdered sugar ΒΌ cup at a time and whisk the ingredients together until you have used up all the sugar. You will get a thick consistency mixture that will resemble play dough.
  • In a large bowl, add chocolate chips and place them in the microwave. Start at 20-second intervals until the chocolate chips are melted. Whisk in-between to ensure every single piece melts. You can also melt the chocolate over a double boiler if you prefer.
  • Place paper cups in each cup of the muffin pan. Pour about a tablespoon of chocolate into the paper cup and spread it at the bottom and sides a bit.
  • Using your hands, shape the peanut butter mixture into a small ball and place it in the middle of the paper cup.
  • Cover the peanut butter ball with more chocolate.
  • Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for about 20 to 30 minutes to set.
  • Once done, serve.
