Cook Time 5 minutes
Servings 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Combine peanut butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, and whipping cream in a small pot or saucepan.
  • Put the pot on low heat and continue until the texture is smooth.
  • Continue simmering and stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved which should take around 4 minutes.
  • Make sure to not overcook the mixture as it will become thick. If you have overcooked it, you can add a bit of water to dilute it.
  • Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool down.
  • Once it has cooled down, you can put it in a resealable container or use it immediately as a topping for your ice cream or any other desserts.
