Add peeled red onion and garlic cloves into a blender jug and pour milk.
Blend the three ingredients until they are unified.
Pour this mixture into a shallow bowl and season with old bay, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Place the pounded beef steaks in this mixture to dip in completely.
Cover the bowl with cling wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about an hour to marinate.
To cook the steak, place a pan over medium heat and add cooking oil. You can add oil according to your liking. I like to cook the steak with minimum oil, so I have used about 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil.
Once the time is up, take the steak out of the marinade and place it in a hot pan with oil.
Cook the steak for about 5 minutes or until it gets a golden color.
Flip the steak and cook on the other side for five more minutes or until it turns golden as well.
Once done, remove it from the pan and serve with your favorite side. Enjoy!
