Pat the pork chops dry using a kitchen towel.
Rub olive oil on all sides of the pork chops.
Add freshly grated parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, mustard powder, cayenne powder, Italian herbs, black pepper, and salt in a deep, shallow bowl or plate. Mix well so that everything is well combined.
Dip each pork chop in this dry mixture and press it onto pork chops so the mixture sticks to them.
Place the coated pork chops in the air fryer basket.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F and cook these pork chops for about 12 minutes. Thicker pork chops may need to cook longer.
Don't forget to flip the pork chops halfway into the cook, i.e., after 6 minutes.
Once the pork chops get golden and the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees F, take them out of the air fryer basket and place them on a serving plate.
Let them rest for about 8 to 10 minutes and slice.
Enjoy!
