Add Bisquick, baking powder, and sugar to a large mixing bowl. Mix well to incorporate the dry ingredients.
Cut cold butter into cubes and add them to the mixture.
Use your hands or a fork to smash the butter and mix it with the flour mixture until it has a crumbly texture.
Pour in full-fat milk and mix well. Ensure you don't overmix the ingredients, or the biscuits won't be fluffy.
Once a soft dough forms, take it out of the bowl onto a floured surface. Gently roll out the biscuit dough until it is ½ inch thick.
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Use a cookie cutter or biscuit cutter to cut the biscuits and place them on the parchment-lined baking tray. Ensure the biscuits are placed at least an inch apart and have space to puff up.
Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 450 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until they rise and get a golden color. You can check the doneness of the biscuits by inserting a toothpick in the center. If it comes out clean, it means the biscuits are ready.
Once done, take the cookie sheet out of the oven and transfer the homemade biscuits to the cooling rack. Enjoy!
