Add sour cream, milk and mayo in a bowl, and whisk well until consistent and smooth.
Once smooth, add parsley, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt, and whisk again until well blended.
Then add lemon and mix again thoroughly.
At this stage, transfer the dressing to a jar and place it in the refrigerator for chilling.
Once chilled, the dressing is ready for serving. You can also keep it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
