Prepare oven and preheat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, take a large aluminum foil sheet and line a baking pan with it. Spray the foil with cooking spray.

Break the cookie dough into smaller pieces and place them on the prepared baking pan. Spread the dough out evenly with your fingers. Make sure the pieces are not too big, or they will not bake evenly.

Transfer the baking pan to the preheated oven and bake the cookie cake for 10-12 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and set.

Once done, remove from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips or any other toppings of your choice, then allow to cool for a few minutes and serve.
