In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add water, orange zest, cranberries, vanilla and Stevia, mix well and bring to a boil.
When the mixture starts to boil, reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking until cranberries pop up, stirring occasionally.
After 5 to 10 minutes of cooking or until mixture thickens up, remove from heat and leave to rest.
Once completely cooled, either serve immediately or transfer to a jar and place in the refrigerator for future use.
