How to Cook Imitation Crab Meat with Butter

Ingredients
- 1 lb. imitation crabmeat coarsely chopped
- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Add butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for a few minutes or two when the butter melts.
- Then add imitation crabmeat and continue to cook while turning occasionally.
- Add lemon pepper and cook until thoroughly hot.
- When meat is ready, remove from heat, add cheese, and serve immediately.
