How to Cook Imitation Crab Meat with Butter

- 1 lb. imitation crabmeat coarsely chopped
- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese grated
Add butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for a few minutes or two when the butter melts.
Then add imitation crabmeat and continue to cook while turning occasionally.
Add lemon pepper and cook until thoroughly hot.
When meat is ready, remove from heat, add cheese, and serve immediately.
