How to Cook Fish in The Oven Without Foil

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. cod fish filets
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • For the Dry Rub
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. White pepper powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the oven and preheat it to 375 degrees F. Also, prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Pat dry fish using a kitchen towel or paper towel. Transfer it to the prepared baking sheet, drizzle olive oil on both sides and rub gently.
  • Add all the spices and herbs to a small bowl and mix well. Sprinkle the mixture on both sides of the fish and rub to make an even coating.
  • Place the fish in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F and you get flakes with the fork.
  • Remove from oven, leave to rest for 5 minutes, then serve immediately.
