How to Cook Fish in The Oven Without Foil

- 2 lbs. cod fish filets
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- For the Dry Rub
- ½ tsp. Paprika
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. White pepper powder
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. Italian seasoning
Prepare the oven and preheat it to 375 degrees F. Also, prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Pat dry fish using a kitchen towel or paper towel. Transfer it to the prepared baking sheet, drizzle olive oil on both sides and rub gently.
Add all the spices and herbs to a small bowl and mix well. Sprinkle the mixture on both sides of the fish and rub to make an even coating.
Place the fish in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F and you get flakes with the fork.
Remove from oven, leave to rest for 5 minutes, then serve immediately.
