Dark Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie with Kashi Cereal
Frozen raspberries - ½ cup
Frozen bananas - 2
Non-fat Greek yogurt - ½ cup
Skim milk - ½ cup
Crumbled dark chocolate squares 2
A sprinkle of Kashi cereal
Honey for topping
Simply blend all the ingredients together.
Use the dark chocolate and Kashi cereal as toppings and add a little honey if you want some additional sweetness.
