How To Cook Corn On The Cob In The Microwave

Ingredients
  

  • 1 corn on the cob husked
  • 1 tbsp butter unsalted
  • paprika to taste
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Remove the first layer of the corn.
  • Place the husked corn in a microwave.
  • Set the timer for 2 minutes at high temperature and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Wearing kitchen mittens, take the corn out of the microwave on top of a cutting board.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the stem of the corn. Carefully grip the corn using a kitchen towel so that it doesn't slip off and cause an accident.
  • Now, take the corn out of the husk.
  • Brush the corn on the cob with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle salt and paprika on top and enjoy!
