Take out the meat from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
Take the mustard seed, coriander seed, onion, garlic, and salt in a grinder and grind it to your desired consistency. Once done, combine the spices along with paprika and brown sugar in a bowl, and mix it all together.
Preheat the oven to 420°F(215°C).
With the spice mixture, season all areas of the steak with it.
Get a pan or skillet and heat it up with 2 tbsp of butter. Once it’s hot, sear the steak for 1 minute on each side then another 3 minutes on each side.
Put the steak in a pan and cook it in the oven for 15 minutes. Then, you need to use a thermometer to check that the internal temperature is kept at 125°F (52°C).
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes on a plate or a board before slicing.
Cut it into slices for easier eating and top it off with the garlic butter for that extra buttery taste.
