Take out the meat from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking, grind it to the desired consistency, combine it with paprika and brown sugar, and preheat the oven to 420°F (215°C). Season all areas with the spice mixture.
Heat a pan or skillet with 2 tbsp of butter and sear the steak for 1 minute on each side. Cook it in the oven for 15 minutes and use a thermometer to check the internal temperature.
Cut steak into slices and top with garlic butter for extra buttery taste.
