How to Cook a Porterhouse Steak in the Oven or on the Grill

Porterhouse steak is a popular meal for those with big appetites, and can be cooked in the oven or on the grill.

Take out the meat from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking, grind it to the desired consistency, combine it with paprika and brown sugar, and preheat the oven to 420°F (215°C). Season all areas with the spice mixture.

Heat a pan or skillet with 2 tbsp of butter and sear the steak for 1 minute on each side. Cook it in the oven for 15 minutes and use a thermometer to check the internal temperature.

Cut steak into slices and top with garlic butter for extra buttery taste.
