How To Fry Pork Chops With Flour And Egg

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops boneless or with bones
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 tbsp. of salt
  • 1 tbsp. of Tony’s Creole seasoning
  • 2 tsp. of pepper
  • 1 tsp. of garlic powder
  • Canola oil enough to fill the bottom of skillet half an inch

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients (flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, seasoning, etc.)
  • Add the eggs to a second bowl and whisk until the yolks are mixed properly.
  • Season both sides of uncooked pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Dip the pork chop into the egg mixture.
  • Make sure to cover all sides of the pork chop with the egg, then dredge the pork into the dry mix and set it aside on a dish.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the pork chops are golden brown and crispy.
  • Transfer to a dish lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil. Serve with a side dish of your choice.
