In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients (flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, seasoning, etc.)
Add the eggs to a second bowl and whisk until the yolks are mixed properly.
Season both sides of uncooked pork chops with salt and pepper.
Dip the pork chop into the egg mixture.
Make sure to cover all sides of the pork chop with the egg, then dredge the pork into the dry mix and set it aside on a dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil.
Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the pork chops are golden brown and crispy.
Transfer to a dish lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil. Serve with a side dish of your choice.
