Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Thickly slice the ham.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the ham steaks on it.
Place the pineapple slices on top of the ham steak slices.
Whisk brown sugar, pineapple juice, mustard, and cloves together in a small mixing bowl. Drizzle this sauce over ham steaks.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the ham steaks are cooked completely and the glaze has just begun to brown.
Serve right away.
