How to Cook Ham Steak with Pineapple

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds ham steaks
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 8 canned pineapple rings drained
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 tbsp. pineapple juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Thickly slice the ham.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the ham steaks on it.
  • Place the pineapple slices on top of the ham steak slices.
  • Whisk brown sugar, pineapple juice, mustard, and cloves together in a small mixing bowl. Drizzle this sauce over ham steaks.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the ham steaks are cooked completely and the glaze has just begun to brown.
  • Serve right away.
