Method
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Thickly slice the ham.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the ham steaks on it.
- Place the pineapple slices on top of the ham steak slices.
- Whisk brown sugar, pineapple juice, mustard, and cloves together in a small mixing bowl. Drizzle this sauce over ham steaks.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the ham steaks are cooked completely and the glaze has just begun to brown.
- Serve right away.
