Ingredients
- 12 mini sausages or hot dogs
- Pizza dough as required
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 tsp garlic minced or garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley freshly chopped
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the pizza dough into small triangles so that they wrap the mini sausages easily. You can use regular sausages and cut them into pieces as well.
- Wrap the sausages in the pizza dough and place them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Add melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
- Brush the mini sausages wrapped in pizza dough with this butter mixture.
- Place the cookie sheet in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes at 375-degree F.
- Once the pizza dough puffs up and gets a golden color, remove the baking sheet from the oven and serve the pigs in a blanket with a cheese sauce, honey mustard sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
