How to Make Sausage Balls with Bisquick

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Bisquick mix
  • ½ lb. pork sausage ground
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup low-fat dairy milk
  • ¼ tsp. Dried basil
  • ¼ tsp. Dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp. Dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp. dried rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Prepare oven and preheat to 350F. Also, prepare a rimmed baking sheet by spraying it with a non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, add Bisquick mix, pork sausage, cheddar cheese, milk and dried herbs, and mix thoroughly.
  • Divide the mixture into 14 equal portions and transform them into 1” balls. Then arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Once done, remove from oven, allow to cool for some time, then serve with your favorite dressing or dip.
