How to Cook Pork Cutlets Without Breading

Preparation time: 5 minutes; Cooking time:  10 minutes; Total time: 15 minutes; Servings: 4

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops boneless
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Rinse pork chops under fresh water, pat dry using a paper towel, transfer to a dish and season both sides with pepper and salt.
  • Add brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, olive oil and paprika in a small bowl, and mix well.
  • Drizzle the oil mixture all over the chops and gently rub; transfer to a dish.
  • Pour ½" of oil into a skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add coated pork chops, do not overcrowd them.
  • Cook for 7 minutes, flip side and cook for another 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
  • When ready, remove from heat, place on a plate lined with absorbent paper and leave to rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
