Add olive oil to an iron cast pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add garlic, pepper, potato and onion. Cook the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes or until soft.
When vegetables are soft, add canned corn beef and cook for 15 to 20 minutes while stirring and flipping often.
Then remove from heat and leave to rest for 10 to 15 minutes. You can cook for 25 minutes for crisp and super browned hash.
When ready, transfer to the serving bowl and serve.
