Corned Beef Hash with Canned Corned Beef

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups canned corned beef
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 potato diced
  • 1 small red pepper diced
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add olive oil to an iron cast pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add garlic, pepper, potato and onion. Cook the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes or until soft.
  • When vegetables are soft, add canned corn beef and cook for 15 to 20 minutes while stirring and flipping often.
  • Then remove from heat and leave to rest for 10 to 15 minutes. You can cook for 25 minutes for crisp and super browned hash.
  • When ready, transfer to the serving bowl and serve.
