- Add olive oil to an iron cast pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add garlic, pepper, potato and onion. Cook the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes or until soft.
- When vegetables are soft, add canned corn beef and cook for 15 to 20 minutes while stirring and flipping often.
- Then remove from heat and leave to rest for 10 to 15 minutes. You can cook for 25 minutes for crisp and super browned hash.
- When ready, transfer to the serving bowl and serve.
