Prepare the oven and preheat it to 425 degrees F. Also, prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Rinse the pork chops under fresh water and pat dry using a paper towel.
Apply olive oil on both sides of the pork chops using a brush.
Add breadcrumbs, salt, and all the other seasonings to a plastic bag. Mix well.
Add pork chops to the bag one at a time, and shake gently to coat evenly.
Place the coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer while maintaining a space between them.
Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
When chops are ready, remove from oven and serve immediately.
