How to Cook Pork Chops with Shake and Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 6 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups Panko
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. Cayenne
  • ¾ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. black pepper ground
  • ½ tsp. onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the oven and preheat it to 425 degrees F. Also, prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Rinse the pork chops under fresh water and pat dry using a paper towel.
  • Apply olive oil on both sides of the pork chops using a brush.
  • Add breadcrumbs, salt, and all the other seasonings to a plastic bag. Mix well.
  • Add pork chops to the bag one at a time, and shake gently to coat evenly.
  • Place the coated pork chops on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer while maintaining a space between them.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
  • When chops are ready, remove from oven and serve immediately.
