How to Make Crispy Waffles with Pancake Mix

- 1 cup dry pancake mix
- 2 tbsp. canola oil
- ΒΌ cup milk or more
Add dry pancake mix, milk, and oil in a large bowl, and mix well. You can add more milk to adjust the consistency of the batter.
Prepare the waffle iron and preheat it to the desired temperature.
Once the waffle iron is hot, add waffle batter to cover the iron. Close the iron and cook the waffle for 2 to 3 minutes or until the color turns golden brown.
Open the waffle iron and gently remove the crispy waffle. Place the waffle on a wire rack to allow it to cool and stay crispy. Repeat the steps for the remaining batter.
Once all the waffles are ready, serve and enjoy!
