How to Cook Tilapia in Air Fryer with Flour

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces Tilapia 200g each
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ tsp. Black pepper ground

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the air fryer and preheat it to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix all-purpose flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
  • Crack the egg into another shallow dish and whisk it until it's well-beaten.
  • Cover one piece of tilapia thoroughly in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Then, dip it in the egg mixture, letting any excess drip off. Finally, coat it in the flour mixture again. Repeat the process for all the fillets.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent the tilapia from sticking. Place the coated tilapia pieces in the basket and spray them with cooking spray.
  • Air fry the tilapia for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking until they're golden brown and crispy.
  • Once done, remove the tilapia from the air fryer and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to soak up any excess oil.
  • Serve your delicious crispy air fryer tilapia with your sides. Enjoy!
