How to bake pizza in oven without pizza stone

Ingredients
  

  • One serving store-bought pizza dough or homemade pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • Pepperoni slices as required
  • ½ cup bell pepper sliced
  • ½ cup onion sliced
  • ¼ cup jalapeno sliced
  • ½ cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Place the premade pizza dough on a floured surface.
  2. Using a rolling pin, roll the pizza dough until it reaches ¼ inch thickness.
  3. Place the rolled pizza dough on parchment paper.
  4. Using a fork, pierce holes in the pizza dough.
  5. Place the parchment paper over an upside-down baking pan.
  6. Place it carefully in a preheated oven at 450 degrees F for about 5 minutes or until it is partially done.
  7. Remove the crust, and spread the pizza sauce over the surface of the pizza dough.
  8. Top with sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, and jalapeno.
  9. Spread shredded mozzarella cheese generously.
  10. Place it in the preheated oven again and let it cook until the pizza crust cooks to perfection and the cheese gets a brown color and is bubbling.
  11. Take the pizza out of the oven carefully and serve.
