In a small mixing bowl, add melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well so that everything is well combined.
Pat the halibut fillets using a kitchen towel and place the fillets on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Pour the prepared marinade over the fillets and coat them on all sides.
Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F for about 12 minutes until the fish seems opaque and its internal is 135 degrees F. Don’t cook the fish for longer.
Once done, take it out of the oven. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. Enjoy!
