Method
- If you are using frozen shrimp, thaw them in the refrigerator a day before preparing them.
- Place a cast iron skillet on the stove over medium heat.
- When the pan is hot, add the butter, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, old bay, salt, and pepper, and cook until the butter melts.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and stir continuously until the shrimp are fully cooked or when the flesh becomes opaque, turns bright pink, and the tails start to curl.
