Sweet Potato Toast Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • A pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Wash the sweet potatoes, scrub them to get rid of the dirt.
  2. Peel them and cut them lengthwise into ΒΌ inch thick slices.
  3. Place these slices on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  4. Drizzle olive oil on top on both sides and sprinkle a little salt as well.
  5. Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
  6. Top them with your favorite topping and serve.
