White Chocolate Without Cocoa Butter

Cook Time 20 minutes
Refrigerate 1 hour

Ingredients
  

  • ΒΌ cup of butter
  • 2 tsp milk powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Boil water in a saucepan, place a bowl over it. Make sure the bowl doesn't touch the boiling water.
  2. Add the butter.
  3. Mix with a spoon until it melts
  4. Then start adding the icing sugar little by little, keep mixing
  5. Once you are done with icing sugar add the milk powder
  6. Mix it well to avoid lumps
  7. Add vanilla essence and salt
  8. Mix and then remove from the heat
  9. The consistency should be flowing
  10. Now spoon the mixture into the chocolate mold
  11. Refrigerate at least for an hour.
  12. If you touch them, they should not stick and should be firm.
