Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Put foil on a baking sheet and place the steak on it.

Using a paper towel, pat it dry.

Season the oil and spices into the steak.

Put the baking sheet in the oven and cook for 6 minutes before flipping the steak.

Cook for an additional 6 minutes & check the temperature for doneness.

Finally, remove the steak from the oven and serve!
