This low-carb almond flour pasta recipe is for you if you want gluten-free, grain-free, and low-carb pasta. How to Make Low-Carb Almond Flour Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cups tapioca starch
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 4 tbsp. water
  • 2 large eggs (at room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Put your tapioca and starch almond flour in a large mixing bowl. Mix them well.
  2. Form a well in the center of the dry mixture and add the eggs and water. Mix them until a smooth dough is formed.
  3. Lightly flour the surface with tapioca flour and transfer the dough onto it. Knead it and make a ball.
  4. Take a damp towel and cover the dough with it. Let it sit for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough until a thin layer is formed. Slice thin strips of noodles from it with a pizza cutter.
  6. Boil the water in a pot, add the pasta to it, and let it boil for one minute.
  7. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the pasta to it and let it boil for around a minute.
  8. Drain the pasta in a colander and distribute it into bowls.
  9. Top with your favorite pasta sauce and serve.
